Common questions about joining Suvysoft.
Is the work genuinely 100% remote?
Yes. We're a remote-first company. All team communication, project management and client work happens online. You can work from anywhere in India.
What are the working hours?
We have core hours for team meetings and client calls — typically 10 AM to 5 PM IST. Outside of those, you manage your own schedule.
Do you hire freshers or only experienced candidates?
We hire at all experience levels. What matters is attitude, capability and willingness to learn — not just years on a CV.
What tools does the team use?
Next.js, WordPress, Shopify, Make/n8n for automation, Google Workspace, and various AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.). We invest in the best available tools.
Is there a probation period?
Yes — a 3-month probation period that gives both sides a chance to assess fit properly. We're upfront about expectations from day one.
